For Email Address please use your work email address.  If you do not have a work email address, please enter your manager’s email address.

For Username, please use your work email address (ex. jsmith1@hallmark.com.  If you do not have a work email address, use the following format:  initial of first name, middle initial, last name and the year of your start date.  For example: Ingrid Cara Andoit with a start date of 7/7/1977 = ICAndoit1977
